iRoll e-Scooters is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from failure to comply with helmet regulations.

A: Yes, for your safety, helmets are mandatory. We encourage all riders to wear their own(B.Y.O.H. Bring Your Own Helmet) helmets while using our scooters.
Q: Where can I ride the scooter?
A: Scooters can be driven anywhere within our geofenced zone within the town of Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe. The scooters will not work in no go Zone and on any of the highways in the city. Our scooters are designed for use in urban areas and on designated paths. Please follow local traffic laws and regulations.

A: Simply park the scooter in a safe location, and confirm the end of your ride within the app.
