Helmet Up, Ride Safe 🪖
All riders are required to wear a helmet under the New Brunswick Motor Vehicle Act – it’s the law!
iRoll e-Scooters is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from failure to comply with helmet regulations.
BYOH – Bring Your Own Helmet
For hygiene reasons, we recommend that all riders bring their own helmets.

Email us at support@iRoll.ca and we’ll hook you up. We can either arrange a delivery or share the address of a partner location where you can pick one up.
Riders must comply with the City Of Moncton Regulations and are responsible for any citations and or fines associated with non-compliance.
Only one rider per e-scooter.

A: Yes, for your safety, helmets are mandatory. We encourage all riders to wear their own(B.Y.O.H. Bring Your Own Helmet) helmets while using our scooters.

Q: Where can I ride the scooter?

A: Scooters can be driven anywhere within our geofenced zone within the town of Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe. The scooters will not work in no go Zone and on any of the highways in the city. Our scooters are designed for use in urban areas and on designated paths. Please follow local traffic laws and regulations.

A: Simply park the scooter in a safe location, and confirm the end of your ride within the app.
