💳 iRoll Payment Guide
We’ve made paying for your iRoll scooter rides simple and wallet-friendly.
iRoll Wallet (Required)
Add funds to your iRoll Wallet to ride—this is the only accepted payment method.
🎁 Promo and referral credits are non-refundable and must be used for rides.
🔁 Auto top-up keeps your rides uninterrupted by automatically adding $15 when your balance goes below zero.
💡 You’re in control: You can turn off auto top-up or delete your saved cards anytime in the app under Wallet settings.
🚨 If your wallet balance is negative and auto top-up is off, your scooter’s throttle will stop working and you’ll need to end your ride.
⚠️ Minimum Wallet Balance of $6 is required to start a ride.
