đł iRoll Payment Options
Weâve made paying for your iRoll scooter rides simple and flexible. Youâve got two options:
1. iRoll Wallet (Recommended)
Top up your wallet with any amount you plan to use for rides. It's the easiest way to stay ride-ready.
đ¸ You can request a refund for any unused wallet balance (as long as it wasnât a promo or referral credit). Just email support@iroll.ca with your full name, email, and phone number.
âł Refunds are usually processed within a few days, but sometimes it may take a little longerâdonât worry, weâve got you.
đ Promo and referral credits are non-refundable and must be used for rides.
đ Enable auto top-up to keep your rides uninterrupted. We'll charge $15 automatically when your balance dips below zero.
đ¨ If your wallet goes negative and auto top-up is off, your scooterâs throttle will stop workingâyou'll need to end your ride.
Minimum Wallet Balance of 6$ is required to start a ride on the app.
2. Pay Per Ride
Please note: For Pay-Per-Ride, we can only pre-authorize credit cards â debit cards are not supported for this option.
Your card will be pre-authorized for $15 at the start of your ride.
At the end of your trip, weâll only charge you for the actual ride time. Any extra from the pre-authorization gets refunded automatically.
đ Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider, and can take up to a week.
