Operations & Growth Intern (Summer 2026)

About iRoll Tech

We operate an app-based electric scooter rental service. This internship is hands-on and project-based.

What you'll do

• —Optimize operations: use ride/location data to improve deployment and rebalancing
• —Hands-on maintenance: perform basic scooter maintenance and repairs
• —Improve rider experience: review support tickets and rider feedback
• —Build better systems: document and refine operational procedures
• —Run growth tests: plan and execute experiments and report results
• —Support partnerships: assist outreach and coordination with local businesses

Who you are

• —Enrolled in a post-secondary program (business, operations, analytics, engineering, or related)
• —Strong execution and communication
• —Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic analysis
• —Valid driver's license required (field operations and site visits)

What success looks like

• —Higher fleet availability and lower downtime
• —Fewer repeat customer issues with faster, more consistent resolution
• —Growth experiments completed end-to-end with clear results
